Coming Autumn In Japan

Mina, i come back after a long time...

This time i want to share about autumn in Japan,,... Yeah, i think that autumn and spring in Japan is really beautiful because it's so colorful . I will tell you a best spot in Japan in Autumn times, better check it out guys ^_^



 When you go to Japan in mid September, October and September, well you'll find a collorful leaves that beautifully turn red, orange and yellow. In Japanese, fall folliage is called " koyo" which literally means red leaves.  From Japan Guide, it said " Each year, starting in mid September, the "koyo front" slowly moves southwards from the northern island of Hokkaido until it reaches the lower elevations of central and southern Japan towards the end of November. Some trees around Tokyo and Kyoto remain colorful into early December." And if you come to Japan at Autumn, dont forget to take a picture of momiji / Japanese mapple.

  • Daisetsuzan National Park, Hokkaido 


Well  on the mid of September, usually in Japan, people visit Daisetsuzan mountains, Hokkaido to take a look of first autumn. Enjoy a autumn times with little trip to national park ^_^

  • Oirase Streams and Lake Towada in Towada- Hachimantai National Park, Aomori.



Find the beauty of autumn here and it's a Japan most famous autumn colours spot. The Oirase-gawa River flows from Lake Towada-ko, and the 14-kilometer source section between Nenokuchi and Yakeyama is called the Oirase Mountain Stream. It runs through a virgin forest rich in variety, containing white cedar, Japanese beech, and maple trees.   • Tsutenkyo Bridge at Tokufuji, Kyoto




In autumn, people come from all over Japan to see Tofukuji's autumn colors. The most popular view is of the Tsutenkyo Bridge, which spans a valley of lush maple trees. The view from the bridge is equally spectacular, and the 100 meter long, covered walkway becomes extremely crowded when the colors reach their peak, usually around mid to late November ( http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3930.html)
  • Arashiyama and Sagano, Kyoto

Togetsukyo Bridge

Arashiyama becomes most attractive (and busy) around early April and the second half of November when the cherry blossom and fall color seasons usually peak. The Togetsukyo Bridge is Arashiyama's well known, central landmark. Many small shops, restaurants and other attractions are found nearby, including Tenryuji Temple, Arashiyama's famous bamboo groves and pleasure boats that are available for rent on the river.If you also want to spend a romantic time with your couple, Arashiyama is a best spot for you guys ^_^.
  • Eikando, Kyoto



Eikando is very famous for its autumn colors and the evening illuminations that take place in fall. Eikando is formally known as Zenriji Temple which is owned by Jodo sect of  Japanese Buddhism. You will find amazing koyo here, guys.
